Heroes and Villains Quote
Tokugawa - Ieyasu: [after the battle of Sekigahara] See that he does it, make sure he acts like a true Samurai, like his brother did.
Naomasa: [Walks toward Hidetada and then walks back] You don't have to do this. After what happened now makes you the most powerful man in Japan. No one is making you do this.
Hidetada: [Seeing Ieyasu walk toward him] I'm sorry, father. I know my duty. [Pulls out a Tanto and puts it against his neck]
Tokugawa - Ieyasu: 20 years ago, I had to prove my loyalty, and I lost a son. Now, my loyatly is to my family. [Takes the Tanto away from Hidetada's neck and sheathes the Tanto]
Tokugawa - Ieyasu: and I'll be damned if I lose another. [Walks off]
